Built From What Actually Happened
Scores get recalculated from completed games — wins, losses,
margins, who was actually on the schedule. There's no preseason
narrative sitting around unrevisited for months. A hot streak
moves the number. So does a bad loss, the same way it'd move
your own opinion of a team.
One Framework, Six Sports
Every sport runs through the same four components, but the
weighting is tuned to fit each one. College football, for
instance, adds a recruiting-talent adjustment the pro leagues
and soccer simply don't need.
